Israel continued its deeper advance into the Iranian asset Hezbollah-controlled territory in Lebanon.
Israeli forces reached the seashore of south Lebanon after cutting across the country from the southeastern direction. In addition, Israelis also launched a deeper advance into Lebanon at another section of the frontline, northwest of Golan.
Israel’s offensive operations serve its stated objective to create a zone along the Lebanese side of international border that is no longer under the control of Hezbollah.
