After the fall of the Assad regime in Syria, Israel and Ukraine reportedly began to implement a deal where Ukraine receives “Soviet weapons captured from Hamas and Hezbollah” by Israel, while the latter gets “Russia’s closely-guarded missile secrets now in Iranian hands” in return.
The two countries thus use their relationship to gain tools needed for operating against their respective enemies – Russia and Iran.
