Kursk Area

Russians took most of the Ukrainian-held territory in the Kursk region during the reported period.

This included them taking Malaya Loknya, Cherkasskoe Porechnoe, Kubatkin, Kazachya Loknya, Martynovka, Makhnovka, Kolmakov, Bondarevka, Mirnyi, and a number of other villages.

Russians also took the town of Sudzha or most of it, launching attacks west and southwest from it.

Russians also advanced across the border into Ukrainian territory south of Sverdlikovo, likely taking village Novenke and entering Basivka. Fighting continued in the area of the latter village.
