Reuters reported on 25 September 2025 that “Chinese drone experts have flown to Russia to conduct technical development work on military drones” at a Russian state-owned weapons manufacturer.
The Chinese experts had visited the manufacturer “on more than half a dozen occasions” since the second quarter of 2024, during which time it had “also received shipments of Chinese-made attack and surveillance drones.”
