The Battle of Ukraine, Special Issue 255, from 24 September 2025, 14:00 to 1 October 2025, 18:00 Kyiv Time

This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.

Kursk-Sumy Area

Fighting in the area continued without major changes.

Belgorod Area

No changes were noted in the area.

Kharkiv Area

In the east, Russians crossed the international border entering village Odradne.

Kupyansk-Lyman Area

Fighting continued in the northern part of the city of Kupyansk.

Ukrainians pushed Russians back in the area of village Karpivka.

Russians likely completed the capture of village Shandryholove, and at least reached village Derylove.

Russians advanced west of Torske and pushed forward again within village Zarichne.

Siversk Area

Russians likely completed the capture of Serebryanka, and advanced west of it.

In the space north of Vyimka, Russians advanced in the direction of Zvanivka.

Kostyantynivka-Druzhkivka Area

Russians advanced in the space south of village Predtechyne, approaching the city of Kostyantynivka from the southeast.

In the area east of Dobropillya, Russians restored full control over village Zatyshok, and advanced northwest of it entering village Dorozhnje. Further east, Russians advanced east of Sofiivka.

Pokrovsk-Novopavlivka Area

Russians advanced within village Chervonyi Lyman north of Myrnohrad, and approached the latter city from the east.

Russians likely completed the capture of Leontovychi, and went on to attack from there into the southwestern outskirts of Pokrovsk.

West of Pokrovsk, Russians likely completed the capture of village Udachne.

Zaporizhzhia Area

In the east, Russians advanced from Kalynivske towards Verbove entering the latter village, and reached village Stepove.

They also completed the capture of village Olhivske, and advanced southwest of it reaching Poltavka.

Black Sea-Dnipro River Area

Fighting in the area continued without major changes.
