On 29 November, Ukraine’s military intelligence service, GUR, announced it had discovered the Russian military’s network of special covert communication terminals.
GUR published two screens from a map showing the terminals’’ locations. One of the maps showed that, besides the Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine and Russia’s territory, the Russian secret military communication terminals were also located in Georgia and Mali.
