The United States and France reportedly provided intelligence data that helped Ukrainian military planners build a detailed map of Russia’s energy grid, identifying critical nodes where disruption could shut down large parts of the system. Ukrainian drone units have targeted these nodes as well as equipment that is hardest to replace, repeatedly striking the same critical equipment before repairs could be completed.
The same intelligence data helped Ukraine map the placement of Russian air defense systems and identify routes allowing drones to bypass them and reach targets deep inside Russian territory.

Drones attacked the sanctioned vessel Lady Maria (IMO 9220641) in the Mediterranean Sea near Crete, which was carrying weapons for Russia. The hits caused a small fire. It is under United States sanctions as well as Ukraine‘s sanctions and is linked to the Russian company MG-Flot.
